You could have added a more engaging introduction, to grab the attention of the listeners. The physical contact was interesting, along with the racism part. I was shocked at the addition of people giving her a "smug" look. Your voice was nice with the script, and I think it's great that you want to hear more about her!
You did a really good job at making it personable. I felt like you actually cared about her and her struggles, and it showed in your voice.
